I would NOT use Crocus again. After not getting any feedback on the tracking of this order, not responding to email enquiries, and not having a clue on the phone enquiry line, the order eventually turned up, only problem was, the contents were not what I'd ordered. Had to arrange for it to be collected, and am awaiting a refund, as I don't trust them to send another order. Customer Service non-existant. By the way, the commission didn't track either, but I've cancelled this, as the order's been returned.

The cashback has not tracked, and they are hopeless at keeping you informed on their order tracking as well. They do not reply to emails, and when ringing, their customer services are unable to offer any help either. Would probably not use them again.

OK. goods were delivered very late though. I would hesitate to use them again, because they did noit meet the promised delivery date, which left me with 104 plug plants that I had planned to put in over the Easter break, and which I then had to do in the vevenings because I was back at work. Not happy.

Regardless of failure to track for cashback, I did get value for my money. Service was excellent, goods arrived quickly, everything was well packed and I just need some dry weather and sunshine to see some results in the garden.
