Cashback was declined after being tracked and confirmed for some time. Unfortunately I no longer have the reference number for the order so I can't dispute via TCB. Disappointing, but I would have bought the item anyway.

Absolutely disgusted by Curry's I purchased two items last year (2014), one in July, one in December and somehow both did not track. I lodged a complaint for both at different times and Curry's are saying that both were due to Topcashback not being the last site I visited and linked through. Due to the problem in July, I was very careful in December, yet the same thing occurred. I have used Topcashback for years, have received great service and I received cashback from many other merchants last year. Yet twice Curry's seemed to think that something went wrong. I am highly suspicious (due to all my other positive experience with purchases last year) and would like evidence that nothing tracked on BOTH occasions.

Did not track at all for cashback. Lodged a missing claim which picked up the transaction and even specified the order number, but Currys refused to pay. Interesting to see that many of the poorer reviews are the more recent ones!

ordered a grill for 80 pounds and then 1hr later ordered a washing machine for 550 pounds after re-clicking through TopCashBack. The washing machine NOT TRACKED. I lodged a claim and TopCashBack gave their generic response that the claim was declined with out any reason. I find it hard to believe any real investigation has taken place. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I brought a laptop back on 27 august. I never got the cash back, lodged a complaint on the 2nd of September as the transaction still hadn't registered. and still waiting for the issue to be resolved its now the 3rd December.
Not very impressed at all.

I selected to receive cash back for reserving and collecting two items, one of which was a new television that should have earned me a decent amount of cash back. Both of the items I reserved were collected from the store I selected and paid for in full. My transactions were tracked and the cash back was shown as "pending" in my account. Despite all of this, Curry's have declined my cashback and topcashback have advised they are unable to help with this as I don't have an order number. You are not given an order number when you reserve an item, only a reservation number! I have offered multiple times to provide proof of purchase, but topcashback continue to say I must provide an order number.

I'm not happy, Curry's have failed to acknowledge my purchase and therefore no cashback is showing. I have raised a claim and provided the order no etc so the proof is there for all to see but I have received no updates from Top Cashback on the issue. I have also sent several nudges but nothing...I won't be using Curry's again as this seems very underhand.

Hard sell at store and then on-line to buy everything under the sun. Not fast tracking. 26 days later and still sitting in pending.
Placed a further order that didn't track. Will sacrifice cashback for better service in future.

Bought an undercounter fridge and everything looked fine - however although the cashback confirmed 2+ months ago still to get it. I also bought an Indesit washing machine from them 3 weeks ago - they had a 10% cashback on Indesit washing machines but they have not confirmed the transaction yet an I do not feel very optimistic about it. I also want to order a dishwasher from them but after all I am very sceptical if I will proceed. Apart from the cashback issues mentioned above prompt delivery and good product values.

Ordered a tumble dryer the purchase and delivery of which was fine. Cashback did not track and 8 months after making a claim they are declining the payment because they didn't recognise TCB as the last merchant I went through. This is absolute nonsense and by reading other reviews it seems this is a common excuse they use for not paying up. Used Currys as I thought they were a reputable retailer, but clearly they are not. Will avoid in future.

Currys seem to think Topcashback wasn't the last place I was referred to the website even though time of clicking to receiving an order acknowledgment email was 4 minutes..rubbish! Won't be buying from them again, will go elsewhere where the cashback actually works.

Appalling customer service. Received a faulty integrated fridge freezer and had to make numerous abortive telephone calls to try and get a replacement. Promised calls back never came. Left without a working fridge freezer for a week and eventually after promising a replacement within 24 hours, came back to me after 48 hours to say that model was no longer in stock. I would never deal with them again. So much apathy it was unbelievable.

I have purchased on 3 separate occasions from Currys. The first 2 purchases were a disaster in terms of cashback. Despite providing all information required and lodging claims I ended up with nothing. The third purchase is on-going however past experience suggests I shouldn't hold my breath.
