Cashback was declined. Had used before with no issue, but would be wary of using this merchant as even with the receipt they declined payment.

Bought a tv for over 2k transaction not tracked, raised a claim, got an answer it can take up to 3 months to track, it had to be 10,5% on special 24 hours deal for TV over 1k . A bit disappointed but hope top cash back team will sort it out.

Cashback tracked fine and then was declined. It was an eligible purchase so not very impressed. Especially as you can't raise a claim once been declined. Poor.

Tracked initially, then declined for no apparent reason. For manual claims they demand a receipt or order reference in addition to the reservation number - not surprisingly, this is not present on the confirmation email!!!

Recently took advantage of an online 10% discount for a Western Digital My Cloud NAS 3TB.
This discount code saved me £16.00 off the in-store price and also earned me cashback of £1.80.
It is a pity the cashback is so low but I cannot fault any aspect of the promotion code, the saving and the home delivery of the item, which is perfect.

Very disappointed! Cashback was pending for months and has now disappeared without any reason. This is the second time I have had difficulty with Curry's and will not be using them ever again.

Tried to purchase a Currys product through Top Cashback but Currys website wouldn't work properly and forced me to call up to make the order. They wouldn't give me the discount themselves even though it was their website that wasn't working.

Failed to get the cashback i expected for a Camera purchase. They stated that purchase was inelligible for cashback, but failed to give a reason why. I can see no reason for this though. In future i will be using retailers that i know give the cashback i expect.

Always slow with tracking and paying. Usually need a nudge from TopCashback before they will acknowledge that a purchase has been made. Don't include the VAT part of the purchase in the cashback.

Avoid, any high purchases won't track and when you submit a claim they say you went through another channel! So no cashback.

Used Currys twice for cashback. Both purchases, at a combined cost of over 200 quid, tracked at zero. Would only use if they are offering the best deal before cashback taken into account.

Reserve and Collect all tracked correctly until payment was credited then declined by Currys almost as if I did not collect and pay for this item even though it was obviously presented and recorded through their till - as normal not worth the hassle to lodge a claim

They turned down my cash back claim for no apparent reason. I lodged a cllaim and waiting for he cash back claim team to sort it out for me. The purchase was made end of march 2013, we are now the 10/07/13.... Still waiting....

Well that's over 1 year since my purchase totalling over £500 from Currys and despite sending nearly a dozen nudges to Topcashback throughout that year still nothing.
It would seem that retailer basically has the option to either pay what they said they would or not bother.
I have to date seen no evidence of Topcashback actually following up my claim or responding to any of my nudges.
I have therefore run my account down and will no longer be using Topcashback in future.

I appear to be in the minority with this merchant, but both of my last 2 transactions have been rejected. I can see no, and have not been offered a reason why. Very frustrating.
