Reserved and ordered through cash back, Paid and Collected the goods, The amount tracked and was confirmed by Curry's and then with no reason, when it was due to be paid Curry's declined and the amount became 0. Would ceratainly not be going back to them in a hurry. There are competitors on line who offer better rates than them.

If your cashback doesn't track initially, don't expect to ever receive it - cashback claim eventually declined by Currys after a delay of 8 months, who claimed "The order reference provided has been used in a previous enquiry" which is a nonsense - funnily enough they used this exact same excuse in another missing cashback from Dixons (same company). Thanks TCB for trying to chase it, but Currys just make up lies to avoid paying out.

I was lured by the attractive offer of Currys' cashback promises. But they never paid up, even though everything tracked correctly.
Forget Currys if you actually want to receive your cashback. If my experience is anything to go by, you won't get it.

Did the reserve and collect one @ 1.51% cashback - brought a Blackberry Playbook (which I've very happy with)for £129.00 - the guy told me that I would only get cashback if I brought a case as well, I didn't bother as you can get the same case on Amazon for a third of the price + there is more choice.
My cashback would have been £1.62 - I knew this at the time but is it worth it - I think not.
Personally I won't be checking out these cashback sites - too much time wasting and not a lot of savings for someone like me that doesn't buy a lot of stuff.
Thanks for reading.

Expected cashback for £379 laptop reserved and collected but none received. Checked Topcashback account 3 months later(105 days) and discovered that claims are only accepted within 100 days. Other Topcashback transactions have been trouble free. In future I will assume Curry's will not honour their cashback offer, and I will check my Topcahback account more frequently.

Took months for them to decide my (valid) claim was not valid. Unimpressed.

Been waiting since June for my cash back on a purchase of well over £500. They really have no business being on this site if they don't pay cash back.

Having contacted Currys directly regarding my purchase through Topcashback, the company has abnegated all responsibility for honouring its promise. Here's what they said:
"It appears that the cash back offer you refer to is offered on an affiliate site, which means that this is a third party which we have no jurisdiction over. You have mentioned a site called Topcashback which we as a company do not own. I can only urge you to contact them with regard to this matter."
In other words, they are happy to advertise on topcashback and gain business by doing so, but will not pay up any cash owing to you. This not only shows a blatant disregard for the customer, but seems also to be highly suspect on legal grounds.
Don't shop with Currys if you want to get your cash back.

....have just emailed the retailer directly to ask for my cashback. It has now been over a month :-(
If a retailer advertises a discount and gains business by doing so, but then fails to honour that promise, should they not be accused of false advertising?
Not impressed but willing to reserve judgement if the matter is rectified soon.

Ordered item way back on 5th October and still have heard nothing from Currys re: the cashback which is owing to me, despite subsequently submitting a claim via Topcashback. Very poor so far - hoping for rectification of the situation in the near future.

I suggest that you avoid this merchant and use another company who actually pays cash back, after a year of chasing a £15 claim for a laptop purchase they have refused to give cash back.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Made 2 purchases through Currys and both declined for cashback. I wasnt in breach of any of their T's and C's. Makes me not want to use them again, especially having read some of their other feedback from people with similar issues.

Great retailer but the promotion codes did not work! Its a good job I was prepared to pay the full price or else they would have lost a sale. Topcashback were great and cashback was instantly applied to my account.

Refused my cashback claim after 10 months of waiting. It was a completely genuine claim which they tracked from the beginning but then declined, opened a dispute but still declined. Only reason I can think is because I made the purchase when a higher rate of cashback was being offered and they just didn't want to honour it. Very poor customer service, if they don't want to pay out higher rates of cashback then don't offer it. Simple.

I ordered a freezer and a fridge from Currys this year and none of this tracked. My claim was also refused. This is the second time that I buy from Currys with the same result. Very dissatisfied about this, although the products delivered (when they eventually were delivered about a month after I was charged for them!) are rather good.

I am not happy with Currys as I was sold a refurbished/used Toshiba model as a clearance item. However, my son is too bedazzled with the 3D gimmick to allow me to return the laptop. Although I got £50 from them, it was dishonest practice. It has always been HARD WORK to get cashback from Currys.

Used TCB to reserve & collect, received email within the hour to say item was ready, left for store approx 2hrs after placing the order. Arrived at store and as I was looking at display showing my wife the item we had ordered I received a phone call from their customer service to say the item was not in stock. Strange I said I'm just looking at one now and explained I was already in the store. Sales assistant was dispatched to find me, I duly pointed out the the item I had reserved and come to collect, I'm sorry but that is the last one on display and we can't find the box. For some items that wouldn't have been a problem, but no box meant no manuals or guarantee card. Shall I send some to see if they can find the box again asked the naive sales person. That would be a good idea I replied at the same time I got an email to say my TCB for Curries had just tracked through. Again no particular apology as the missing box could still not be found. What about this model (actually the next model down) and you can have it for the same price. At this point I decided to leave the store before I said something I might or might not regret. Anyway we left Currys empty handed, with our agreement never to darken their doorway again. Basically appalling customer service and total lack of understanding of when and how to apologise. On a positive note their reserve and collect is very simple to use, but unfortunately I'll not be using it again.

Both things I have ordered from Currys and PC world have been rejected. My notes being told that "Another something or other was credited" I find it ridiculous that they offer cashback on SOME, and then others are left hanging for over a year then told some other site was given the credit. When basically... they company just lie.
