No problems at all and everything went fine. Shame how Currys is linked to Dixons. Currys service has been good while Dixons is the most useless ignorant/arrogant company in the UK with racial undertones. They don't reply to emails either. Currys, I hope Dixons don't bring you down like they did with previous outlets in the past. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible. Company tried to dodge paying any cashback and did for many months (despite tracking of transaction and full receipt). In the end they decided to pay much less than the cashback should have been, gave no reason for this and just stated an amount £15 less than the purchase price to be eligible for cashback. If this company don't want to pay cashback they shouldn't register. If this company want to pay less cashback than advertised they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. I will never buy from them again because of this, cashback or no.

Goods arrived on time. Unfortunately there were problems with the installation but Currys deducted this cost within 3 days.

Very poor service, Currys took order of washing machine delivery due following thurs, day before it was due to be delivered i received an email saying the order was cancelled due to a card problem (sales guy had taken the wrong expiry date) why didnt they contact me to arrange to discuss problem?? VERY POOR SERVICE

Never had any probs with currys. Tracked quickly I just had to validate the amount by entering the receipt number as it was a reserve and collect in store order.
