Now July 2009 and I have been waiting on Currys since 24/08/08. A manual claim has been submitted a long time ago but nothing received yet .....Don't always expect cashback.

fast response with emails, actually too many received, I know using electronics to advise on process saves paper but was somewhat bemused by the number of emails received regarding whole process from order to delivery, think I got about 6 in total (plus a paper receipt posted!)
Product arrived swiftly, undamaged and as ordered

Product was advertised at lower price on the website than reservation price. Even though I took a printout showing the lower price they refused to honour it. Won't be shopping there again.

The order and delivery for a camcorder went through very quickly but the cashback was a problem and had to be dealt with via a complaint to topcashback to give currys a reminder but got it eventually. Would use them again but only after searching the rest on offer.
