	Cashback declined I purchased a LG OLED TV back in December from Currys. After comparing the price across various online stores Currys price (with the 10% cashback) came on top. Unfortunately, after a lot of back and forth the cashback got declined. My advice to everyone - do not include Currys cashback offer when comparing the price with other sellers, most likely it will get declined. Lesson learned the hard way.

	Too Slow and Wrong percentage of cashback given Rubbish, took too long and didn't even give me the correct amount of cashback for this purchase. Should have been 10%

	Got there in the end My daughter suggested I use this site and so I did so when I bought a new freezer. It took a few months to come through but eventually I received 10% of the purchase price without the VAT for my appliance. I tried to follow the precise instructions on TopCashback site but transaction did not track but Topcashback team chased it for me and delivered in the end. Thank you

	Good luck getting cashback! Bought a laptop in November and, six months on, the latest estimate is that I have another five months to wait to receive it - although that estimate keeps changing. Top Cashback have just shrugged their shoulders. Not convinced I'll ever see it. Basically, see Currys cashback as a possible bonus rather than a given.

	Currys was very slow. The time for the cash back to be payable from Currys increased to 21 weeks. After 21 weeks had passed there was still no payment. I raised this with top cash back and they issued this themselves as a good will gesture. Top cash back were very quick at resolving this for me.

	5 months on ... still waiting Bought a laptop in November and they still haven't paid out. TCB shouldn't let retailers drag claims out that long: it's a valid claim that's tracked properly, so why delay?

	Took an age to settle, originally declined after disputing curry’s approved Took Curry’s over 4 months to approve , originally declined, I disputed and they then approved after 4 months , this is the second time this has happened Happy eventually settled

	Cashback was declined (again)!!! Bought a washing machine in December 2023. Transaction was initially tracked with no payout. Followed up every month for an update and finally received a message that the cashback was declined. This is the third time it happened with Curry's. They just keep declining the cashback request for no apparent reason. Really poor experience and I'm not going to try the forth time - never again! I could have bought the washing machine elsewhere if it wasn't for the cashback.

	Bit of a con when it comes to cash back from buying with them! It’s not very fair to hide the fact that Curry pay cash back based on the pre vat price when absolutely no one who is a retail customer can buy from Currys at this price or claim the tax back on their purchases! When most people have brought from them before to only get 1% back cash back is bad enough but for it to be lowered because Currys want to take their own part of that stake is a bit unfair and unethical! They get the business from Topcashback and customers yet don’t want to play fair? It’s not like it’s much but 50p here, 38p there, 80p somewhere else and it mounts up and someone at Currys has a fat account. It’s time we all started calling these retailers out. You get the business from the clicks through to your site, then you should pay the cash back at the full amount!

	Excellent I find Currys is the best site when it comes to Topcashback. I've bought a washing machine, a 2 tvs through Topcashback over the past 12 months and Currys always pay quickly and give really good deals. I always look at Currys first when I'm looking for electrical items as their cashback deals are always brilliant.
