	Black Friday amount tracked at lower rate but notes advised that this would be uplifted to full amount when payment made but this could take up to 60 days.... and when it didn't and only the MUCH lower amount paid out then I was unable to query as beyond 60 days! Disappointing. However, the regular purchases have tracked ok with the exception of the Black Friday but a big shame as this was a £60 difference

	PCworld/Currys totally refused to pay cashback of £21.69. (Reply received: “We are sorry that your claim has led to a declined resolution”) Since joining topcashback only half the claims are paid and the ones they do pay is always at a much lower rate TopCashback

	Wriggled out of paying cashback with a lie. They said that an unauthorised voucher code had been used. No unauthorised voucher codes were used.

	Absolutely appalled by the service recieved from top cashback & currys. I purchased a £1400 tv following all there instructions to the letter only to be told 4 months later it's declined. Feel furious & let down, would return the tv if I could. Avoid at all costs
