awful , purchase tracked etc . when it came to pay out . curry`s declined the payout . this is the 2nd time this has happened with curry`s . will never use again . disgrace

This the second time I've went through tcb for Curry's and it's the second time it has been refused. I wouldn't bother again as it's a waste of time as they don't pay out!

declined for no reason. I have bought many items from other retailers without issues. Always an issue with this company no matter what they deal with so avoid using them where I can. Hopefully they'll be gone from the high street in time as the general public will be better off without them

Waited 2 months for a genuine claim, which was declined for no reason. I have double checked the offer (which I've got a screen shot of) and my order confirmation and it definitely qualifies. I have had to open a missing cash back claim but apparently this can take months. don't assume you will get the cash back offered!

Bought a £999 TV, initially tracked at £832.50 confirmed. Then with no explination declined and does not register to submit a claim. First time this has ever happened.

Chose Currys pc world over argos as thought I'd give them a go. Bought an expensive item. No cashback materialised. Would not ship with them again. Feel cheated.
