Often rejecting claims for no apparent reasons. TCB customer services incorrectly attributing rejections to discount code usage, when no codes have been used.

in oct 2017 purchased £600 built in bosch oven 10% cash back,was reported as £3.42 then declined .TCB customer service good but say could be 3months before payment so be aware.

Cashback tracked at a lower rate than advertised (1% instead of 2.5% for American Fridge Freezer) and on a random amount. After 2 months, even that claim was rejected! Should have gone to AO!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY. I ordered a laptop online for collection in store well in time for Christmas. It was due to arrive on 14 December. It has not. It is now 17 December. I tried twice to get through to their customer services team to chase it, holding on for half an hour each time, with no reply and no indication on the irritating recorded message of how long the wait would be. I emailed them, only to receive a standard reply saying they’d respond in 5 days. I went to the store. They have these computers in stock but refused to either refund my money (£600) or give me a computer. They kept saying ‘procedure’ prevented it and that the online and retail stores were entirely separate ( not to customers they aren’t). The staff called customer services ( I had to hang around for an hour waiting for them to do this) and were told the computer had been lost in transit. At no point had anyone from the company thought to query why the delivery had not arrived; if I had not chased it nothing would have been done. Despite this I was to be given no refund or computer unless I called them myself to tell them what the staff had already told them ( ie, that I want a computer or a refund). I was told the likely wait on the phone would be between 45 mins and an hour and a half. I am expected to hang on for this time period to talk to them, then wait seven to 10 days for a refund. I can’t afford to buy my son another Christmas present, meanwhile. All this despite their website trumpeting the festive season and how we should buy gifts from them, and giving dishonest delivery dates. Their administrative procedures and customer services are wholly unacceptable
