I do not know about this cashback experience. I purchased a laptop yesterday in Navan, Co. Meath. When I entered this store, I could not find a sales assistant. Matthew K was at a till so I approached him. He dealt with me. I found he was not at all friendly or helpful. I have not yet had time to open this laptop box to inspect what I purchased. I hope I do not have to return to this store.

Not the best experience all in all - Currys cashback is calculated from the purchased cost less VAT. Not only did I receive less than I'd initially expected, I had to lodge a claim to receive the correct amount after being issued less than £5! I will think again before selecting Currys.
