Further to my previous review (dated 18 May 2017), I have now received my missing cashback, though only after TopCashback vigorously pursued it for me (credit to Sarah). Currys themselves were still uncooperative generally, and very blunt, bordering on rude, with their initial "Too old" response, which flies in the face of being told to be patient with missing cashback claims. So I've only raised my rating from 1 to 2 stars as a result.

My purchase (which was a large one) tracked correctly, and then months later (bearing in mind Currys is meant to be faster paying) the cashback was declined for no reason. I always get excited when I use Topcashback, but the amount of times I'm then disappointed because the order doesn't track or cashback is declined is a bit of a shame.
