Yet another 1* review where deliverdont have decided not to pay out any cashback. TCB are also complicit in this as I bet TCB get a nice kickback from pushing sales through and knowing we as end users get nothing.

Back in the day i never had any problems with cashback tracking and being paid out, but recently Deliveroo have been appalling. Now they never pay out, ever! Really don't see the point of them being featured on Topcashback as now matter what you do you'll never get any cashback at all.

Joke company, please remove them from the TCP site, they do not act in good faith and have not done for many many years now. They will just make up lies to decline every claim.

Was expecting £10 for new customer,big order for my daughter birthday.didnt track and they declined missing cashback as order not via top cashback,it was and no other cashback site involved, clearly delivroo avoiding paying out.i won't be ordering via them again

No cashback and increased charges
Tracking used to work ok but now it never tracks or is declined. Also minimum order has gone up to £35 which is far too high when I'm only ordering for 1 person. They've also started adding extra delivery costs for most restaurants unless they're within 10-15 mins walking distance so what's the point? Not worth using any more.

Deliveroo are just pretty terrible in all aspects really... Every single one of my purchases is either declined or has £0.00 confirmed... I'm not sure why you'd sign up to Topcashback if you don't intend to honour any cashback? Disappointing, just like Deliveroo's 'service' really...

Always get declined
Never tracks and always told I didn't use Topcashback as the referral site and that their system is robust so my claim gets turned down. I don't have this issue with any other merchant and I use Topcashback in the same way with everyone so the error is clearly with their 'robust' tracking system. Looking at the other reviews it isn't just me with this problem so something needs changing here.

First order tracked
My first order tracked the rest didn't submitted claims 1 was approved the other 2 declined because I used a promo code. Funny how I used the same promo with all orders during there month long promo. Fed up fighting with topcashback, so many retailers seem to not willing to pay cashback at the minute.
