Cashback not honoured
As many other customers I have to say how dishonest Dell is. They advertise high cashback offers and when you spend a lot of money with them they simply decline to pay.

Cashback tracking delay and then 1% on monitors
Cashback does track eventually after several weeks, however it's consistently 1% vs 5-10% that is advertised. I've noticed that TCB also seem to change the cashback % regularly. Dell do not honour their cashback percentage.

Dishonest Dell…
I bought a desktop computer when dell offered a 12% cashback deal, this encouraged me to make my purchase on the day as I was expecting a good amount of cash back in return. Like alot of other reviews on dell, my transaction didn’t originally track so opening a case with Top Cashback meant I had to wait for a reply and answers. Dell did come back and the transaction was honoured but with a very lacklustre amount of around 3.5%. When brought up with Top Cashback they took my details and invoice to chase dell for the expected amount… again today we got a reply and you guessed it dell will not honour their commitment, but for the reason “the transaction can not be traced” we’ll it was prior to offer me a lower amount… so which is it dell?? Did it track or not? Or are you just not willing to stand by your offers on Too Cashback. Buyers beware these reviews are real and not just posted to be vindictive, I’m really happy with my purchase and would have be more understanding if the reason had been through a fault with the offer given and an apology- but to be genuinely deceitful is a step to far. Please also note - This is a review about Dell technologies nothing to do with TopCashback, as I have been really impressed with the way they have tried to handle this case and try to find an amicable conclusion.

Cashback NOT honored by Dell
Waited for almost a year but still nothing. Shall not be the problem of TCB though cause cashback claim has long been submitted to Dell. Transaction fully complied with the T&C. So don't expect there will be a cashback if you buy laptop from Dell. Consider Lenovo, HP, Asus or even MacBook instead.

Often not accepted claims
Dell is very difficult to deal with and often does not accept the rightful cashback. if you can choose another retailer.

Received reduced cashback after making claim...a bit disappointed
I purchased a PC and a monitor. Unfortunately I had to seek the help of the TC team to chase this cashback for me. They did succeed in getting the cashback, however I should have received around £35+ but eventually got about £10 less. There was no rational explanation for the reduction as the TC team could not challenge further. It still made the purchase through TC worthwhile, but ultimately minus points for Dell, and extra points for the TC team. In Dell's case, as with all purchases, keep a track of the detail ready to make a challenge. 5 stars overall for TC efforts - 1 star Dell for making me work for it....and short changing me.

Cash back percentages always lower
I have bought Dell multiple times and the cash back percentage is always paid lower than advertised on the click through. Raised with TopCashback multiple times without any resolution. You wait 6 months for an answer usually and then it isn’t positive. This has put me off both Dell and TopCashback.

Wrong amount
The cashback experience has been quite poor. The amount tracked was less than half of the advertised. And yes, it was after excluding the VAT and not using any codes. Despite raising it multiple times, I eventually gave up on claiming for it. Do not recommend and do not expect to get more than a third of what you should be getting.

Still waiting for a response after 10 months.
I bought a monitor from Dell Technologies in July 2022 but the cashback did not track so I raised a cashback claim. I provided all the information requested including the order number and do not know of any reason why the cashback did not track. Despite my requests for an answer Top Cashback can only say they are still waiting for the retailer to respond to my claim. Surely Dell Technologies should have look at this claim by now (waiting 10 months) and either provided the cashback or the reason why they are not paying it?

Orders generally don't track for months
Whenever I make an order I always create a customer service ticket so that I can track the cashback myself. They eventually come through and become payable, but tracking appears non-existent for both Dell and Alienware.
