Took a very long time to deliver, despite saying product was in stock, when I telephoned Dell had no idea where my order was. Amazingly just turned up on the doorstep about four weeks after ordering!

Dell products are good value for money but their customer service is appalling. It's OK if you don't need to contact them but if you do good luck. It took them 10 days to respond to an email to customer services that they state will be answered in 1 day! Once you place an order no changes are allowed at all. I'm deeply disappointed by Dell with my latest purchase, next time I will be looking at brands that have a decent customer service operation based in the UK and one that open beyond Dell's 9-5!
