Tracked after more than 2 days - was about to submit a manual claim on the 3rd day just when it showed up as tracked.
So no issues - showing up as expected 5% cashback alongwith the top up as well ... so far so good.

Cashback tracked at 5% excl VAT quickly. Additional 5% at time I placed my order for over £749 on Studio 15 laptop was available by a Topcashback code entered at checkout. Worth looking out for.
This worked fine & gave me £37 off - the cashback was £30 - so £67 off a £764 laptop is pretty good!
The Laptop took 8 days to arrive after an initial estimated build time of 2 weeks which included a bank holiday Monday. I was happy with that as I had changed the wireless card from the standard g to n.

Cash back was paid eventually after a long wait. While I'm happy with the product I purchased, it did need repairing a week after delivery and DELL are an absolute nightmare to deal with over the phone. I was also over-charged for the product which effectively cancelled out the cash-back, however I can't be bothered to spend 3 days on the phone to DELL trying to sort it out.

Totally efficient experience with Dell. The order was placed, confirmed and updates were provided as regards progress and the order was received very quickly. Great service.
