Cash back was paid eventually after a long wait. While I'm happy with the product I purchased, it did need repairing a week after delivery and DELL are an absolute nightmare to deal with over the phone. I was also over-charged for the product which effectively cancelled out the cash-back, however I can't be bothered to spend 3 days on the phone to DELL trying to sort it out.

Totally efficient experience with Dell. The order was placed, confirmed and updates were provided as regards progress and the order was received very quickly. Great service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with DELL cashback experience;
Their website link promised 7%cashback, however, having bought my laptop through the DELL website my cashback was actually only 3%.
This was not a lowcost purchase and the 4% difference represents a significant amount of money.
I feel that there is pretty much nothing that I can do about this result but feel some what cheated by DELL.

A broken product. Reported by email as not working 3 times, and each time promised a response within a day. After a fornight I phoned, was cut off twice and then told that there was a problem accessing the order system for a few hours. Phoned back the next day, and their system was having a 'global update' for 3 days. Phoned 4 days later, and could not get though on two occasions. A nightmare of a firm - avoid at all costs!

I ordered my goods from Dell on August 1st 2009 and still my cashback has not tracked despite a number of nudges!
