The transaction was tracked the next day. Even when the Dell website said 5-7 days for delivery, they shipped it on the next day, and I would have got the display (U2311, highly recommended) by the next day, but due to the snow, I got it on Saturday. Excellent service plus cashback. I couldn't be happier.

Problem with the address on my order meant it had to be cancelled then re-entered by Dell staff. Consequently my cash back got removed as the original tracked order was cancelled.
Opened a claim with TCB using new order number and very quickly Dell confirmed the order and now cash back is showing.

Having broken my laptop charger, had to replace it. Had issues with a dodgy ebay one, so went to Dell direct. Wasn't as expensive as thought it would be, free delivery, and arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date
