Casback is offered on the sum with no VAT...Instead of the offered 10%on INSPIRON products they payed me 5% only. Request for the remaining 5% been sent to Dell with the support of TopCasback, outcome unknown... I will let you know

Do not call Dell to check your order status. They have 2 teams, Online Sales and Tele sales. Online sales is a bit slow, but let it go at tits pace to get cashback.

This tracked quickly and I am now awaiting payment. Going through Top Cashback allowed me to get the best deal on the computer and get cashback. I have read a few reports of poor customer service from Dell, however my computer arrived promptly, without any problems so I have no complaints.

Purchased a Dell laptop - excellent product. Dell did not get the free upgrade of virus software correct, had to chase McAfee for that, who were very quick to rectify the issue giving me the full 15 months upgrade. Other than that - to summarise - perfect product (hardware and software).

A bit sneakily they only pay cashback on a VAT exclusive rate and hide this in the merchant notes fine print. This should be clearer as other voucher based sites offer 5% off the full price you pay (including VAT).
With VAT being 20% of the purchase price (from tomorrow) this is worth over £10 on a top-spec PC. Not a fortune but you dont use these sites to save a fortune do you?
