A mixed experience with Dell, they forgot to add the extended MacFee package I paid for, then got shirty when I pointed this out. Though they did eventually rectify their mistake and as a jesture of good extended it further.Cashback payment date was 7 weeks ago and given their forgetfulness, I was about to give a prod when they paid up.

Awful. Faulty product & I had to spend hrs (no exaggeration) on phone to customer service/ tech support in ? India to sort it out. I eventually asked for refund & tried to lodge complaint about rudeness of supervisor I spoke to; he told me he was in charge of complaints for the whole of Dell so I couldn't escalate my complaint?! Completely amateur staff & product even looked flimsy despite costing £600.
Buy at your own peril.
