Excellent transaction, Dell were extremely professional and when I called with a question prior to ordering they were really very helpful in fact more than they needed to be - Fantastic! Estimated delivery time was 6 weeks - actual delivery 3 weeks!

I bought my laptop in May 08 using their previous cashback offer.
I am still waiting for any acknowledgement from Dell, despite repeated (10 - 15) requests from me.
I would be extremely suspicious of any cashback offer from this retailer to be honest.
