I used Dell to purchase a new laptop for my daughter. The on line ordering is simplicity itself. The laptop arrived well in advance of the stimated arrival date. The cashback was logged on Top Cashback the same day as the payment was taken from my credit card and is due to be paid by the end of June - which is about 6 weeks. Brilliant!!

I can recommend a dell computer only if you have to telephone them (as i did 1 week after receiving laptop as mcaffee software supplied with laptop played up) the person on the phone is lovely but you can not hear them, hope you have better hearing than me, they must be on the other side of the world. ended up putting phone down and sorting it out myself.

Cashback appeared within a few days (still pending at the moment), product delivered quickly, as described and at a very good special offer price - was a bit apprehensive having read some unfavourable Dell reviews on other sites, but absolutely no problem here.
