Great to be able to add components you want and remove any you don't, in essence build your owm computer. I found the process fairly straight forward with no hitches of any kind. Cash back showed pretty quickly, and if I had to complain about anything the only two things would be that delivery took TWO weeks and the mouse is a little senitive, which was helped a little by changing the settings!

Cashback didn't show up straight away, possibly because of a mistake on my part (mis-match in email addresses). After about 10 days I made a manual claim and the cashback showed up about a week later. I've ordered from Dell a few times now, and they've always been good at making sure the cashback goes through.

As yet I have not received my cash back but it is being processed currently. I was very pleased with the service I received and the computer is excellent. It was bought at a competitive price and delivered when it suited me by a courier who checked to see if we were in before he arrived.
