Dell is great not only did I get ot customise the laptop I wanted I got 10% off their price and a Summer 235 pound off and then with TCB 6% off what was left. I was able to afford the laptop I have been saving for 6 months already much quicker.

did not track and no cashback. As my largest cashback amount I'm not impressed. Dell also messed around with the order which took a long time to deliver. They changed the order number which is why I think the tracking has failed so far.

Postponed delivery date by 2 wks without notice. PC eventually delivered 4 wks after placing order. Crap buying experience.

I have a Dell computer and it really grieves me that can only use their ink - which is very expensive compared to other retailers and the High Street - so it is nice to be able to go through TCB and at least get it a bit cheaper!!

From personal experience I can highly recommend PC/Laptop purchases from Dell. I've made countless purchases from them over the last 6 years with a minimum of issues.
Hardware failures? A fan failure - honestly! Software problems? The odd driver issue, no biggies to date.
I've had the odd problem with orders tracking, but upon submitting a query with the purchase details they are always resolved within a timely manner.
Buy with confidence!
