Order processing a joke ; they have cancelled order twice; without reason although after call to them stated card declined; spoken to both banks ; dell never presented payment. Impossible to speak to anyone who can re-instate order; need to start again ; 5% voucher code now expired so will end up having to pay more. Dreadful customer service, expected more from Dell of all people. Always bought Dells but this may be last time

Had to chase up cashback claim, manually submitted a claim and it showed up as tracked, fingers crossed I'll receive payment! Dell are a fantastic company. My desktops and laptops have come from them since 2000. Highly recommended.

I used a 10% voucher found on TCB plus got the usual cashback %age. All worked well, seemed to take a while for the cashback to come through but has just became payable (September) from a transaction in June.

Ordering process is hopeless. They couldn't give me an expected delivery date before payment was made. Once payment was made, it took them a week just to process the payment and during this period it was, apparently, impossible to update me on my order! Contacting them was not easy. I have always bought Dell computers in the past, but this one will be my last.

Did not track so I sent Topcashback an enquiry. Now showing as pending so waiting to see what happens. Dell sent new laptop VERY quickly - far sooner than expected delivery date. Good service though beware if you have an older Inspiron and want to upgrade to the new ones - a lot of what were standard features have gone and the new laptops are BASIC as standard! (speakers down from 6 to 2, no TV connection sockets, minimal USB sockets etc etc).

On the downside the cashback did not initially track. On the upside a missing cashback claim saw a speey result with the cashback showing within 10 working days. As for the merchant, really pleased with the item and the delivery was quick too. Overall pretty pleased really.

Received my laptop within the week. Good delivery, courier left mobile after we missed first attempt and came back a couple of hours later to redeliver after we gave him a call.
