Bought a new laptop but the cashback never tracked. Raised an enquiry and then it appeared quite quickly, though still not confirmed. Not convinced it's going work.

Cashback was not tracked so I had to get the topcashback team involved. Their efforts were great and they got some cashback, but it was not the 5% advertised (closer to 4%).

Dell cashback went well, but UKMail delivery firm kept stopping my deliveries because "I ordered too many laptops" It made my shopping experience difficult for me and for Dell.
