a handy 5% cashback on a tv and it was the joint cheapest after a quick internet search but i did have to submit a missing cashback claim to tcb as it didn't show. overall a good, fast service and would recommend.

Didn't track after a week. Submitted a claim and it tracked finally after a month. The laptop was no trouble to order and came within 2 days though!

I had to raise a ticket for dell as it wouldn't track, but they came up with the cashbsck after a nervous wait!! (£37)

Ordered speakers from Dell. Box arrived with delivery labels over the manufacturers packaging and not in plastic wrapper or outer box. Corners damaged. I was told that this was what the manufacturers packaging was for. When I asked for the item to be returned and money refunded I was told I would have to pay £10 for the collection. Complained to Customer Services in India and they gave me a reference number but advised that no one will ever call me back regarding my complaint.
Really poor and a life changing view of Dell. Will never use again.

I cancelled this order due to the fact that i struggled to get any answers to my queries i had when i called Dell, they put me through to 4 different people and found them very difficult to understand - I think i was put through to an Indian call centre. The whole experience was very frustrating so I cancelled the order.

The cashback was never recognised in the beginning and after weeks of chasing it, it finally registered. If i hadn't bothered i wouldn't have received it. But pleased it came through.

After a couple of weeks wait I submitted a request to topcashback, but Dell finally followed through and it tracked a day later. I was offered cashback based on an amount slightly above the ex vat price of the laptop, but not including VAT or delivery. It was odd as the amount didn't correspond to any of the numbers on the invoice. Now awaiting it becoming payable.

Maybe I read the initial information incorrectly but the Cash Back paid was not the originally calculated amount and I had to lodge an enquiry and several "nudges" before the transaction was properly tracked.
Difficult to ascertain where the delays happened or indeed why the delays occurred - but occur they did !
