The overseas customer service centre is useless; they promise the earth but do nothing. Provided nothing goes wrong then Dell is probably ok, but I personally would not touch them with a barge pole again.

Managed to find the Dell printer I wanted cheaper on here than on Amazon or Play surprisingly - so it's always worth a look. They were running a promotion on the wireless printer, plus with the 6% cashback it ended up being a great deal. Cashback tracked quickly too.

Had a few transactions within a couple of days, one didnt track, but very quickly followed up by tcb once query raised! Payable within 2 months, excellent products and quick delivery

Cashback did not track automatically. Tracked after querying, but still not confirmed. Had product for approx 3 weeks. Box arrived with no other external packaging (ie as off the shelf). On checking after delivery the box did not look damaged but had obviously been stood in water for a while as the bottom third of the box was soft, damp, swollen and spongy to touch. However everything inside the box was in protective polythene so was OK. I am impressed with the product, but not the way it was delivered especially for the price I paid. I am a big fan of this site though.

What a dreadful company to deal with. Customer service is rediculous. Delivery is pathetic. The single most protracted and stressful experience I have ever had with an internet based company. I have no idea where they got their reputation from, because they repeatedly failed to do any thing they promised. I prey the netbook never goes faulty. Will never use them again. DO NOT be tempted by their marketing, this company is heading for the rocks.

Excellent tracking within 48hrs NB Dell have slow 14 day delivery. 3-4 to build the laptop - fair enough but then drags with the courier to be delivered on a random day (albeit inside the estimate). The courier's webtracker doesn't work, preferring to deliver a letter the day after goods arrive. Great if you like the bizarre and useless but not such a great courier service for the £20 fee.

Dell didn't process the cashback, so I had to make a claim. Also, the laptop had to be returned as faulty, but now OK and is a good product. TCB were very good with the claim.
