I have a Dell computer and it really grieves me that can only use their ink - which is very expensive compared to other retailers and the High Street - so it is nice to be able to go through TCB and at least get it a bit cheaper!!

From personal experience I can highly recommend PC/Laptop purchases from Dell. I've made countless purchases from them over the last 6 years with a minimum of issues.
Hardware failures? A fan failure - honestly! Software problems? The odd driver issue, no biggies to date.
I've had the odd problem with orders tracking, but upon submitting a query with the purchase details they are always resolved within a timely manner.
Buy with confidence!

Normally good, however having spoken to the dell helpline, not in this country, after 30 minutes and having spoken to various people, reception 3 times ,customer services 4 times got absolutely nowhere , they had cancelled my order no idea why, when I tried to reorder major probems as well. Good news got it cheaper elsewhere and quick delivery

Dont know if Dell was busy but took 2 days for confirmation email of order and another few days after that did it register here. So cashback tracked but took a little longer than I expected.
