Tracked quickly (within 24 hours), but amount lower than expected. Believe this must be that cashback only payable on ex VAT price, but not confirmed, just my supposition.

After a problem, payment had to be made by phone. Despite this, after submitting a missing commission claim, cashback was allowed and payment received within the stated time. Great service!
