If it is a common desktop, then these often arrive in a few days. Clever marketing though. Don't always go for the cheapest machine and then add to it, start with the next model up.

Some people love Dell, some wont touch them with a barge pole! Ive had no problems other than trying to not get carried away with selecting all the top, and most expensive options when making a purchase/configuration!
