Dont waste your time with Direct Line, they are offering cashback to get you to take out policy then they simply decline it for no reason. Followed all instructions and purchased qualifying policy, have all emails and even a video to prove it. Will not be using again.

estimated cashback time was 11 weeks when I bought insurance, 20 weeks later I still haven't been paid, and customer service don't seem to be able to do anything to chase this up
