An update on my previous posts. Today 6/3/17 cashback of £85 has moved to confirmed. It has not tracked up to now (7 months after taking out policy). But I would say looking very positive. Thank you TCB customer services for your help!

Cashback was £138.60 but never tracked and never paid out andthis is the only reason I took out the policy. Feeling like I have been robbed and Direct Lines attitude is well cancel your policy if you don't like it. AWFUL SERVICE

I want to give Zero stars. Avoiding payout and didn't track. I've bee wait 5 weeks now. My advise would be avoid use another that has good reviews and isnt to good to be true. Happy to update when i get cashback.

I give them the benefit of doubt but they are taking a long time to track and especially the payout. I wonder whether they will eventually pay the cashback.

Have been waiting for cashback to even be acknowledged since 11 Jan 2016. Very slow process, but a big cashback amount I guess.
