	Extremely disappointing. Did not get any cash back at all and received no explanation whatsoever. Did not renew my policy the following year for this reason.

	A lot of people complaining about not getting their money...I've had mine. A point to note though, you have to add the policy details yourself here and that isn't made particularly clear by TCB, the first time I went outside the time allowed to do it but I still got my money after I put a claim in. It is a long time to wait but I'm very happy with the amount I've had and the reason I'm on the site now is to buy another policy. I think it is likely that many of the satisfied customers like myself aren't leaving comments here and understandably those complaining are doing.

	Bought policy back in July 2013 and just received cashback payable today. You will need to be patient and you will eventually get paid.

	Bit of a waste of time. Have tried to get Direct Line quote for my last 2 landlord insurance renewals but says I need to phone them to arrange. Just bog standard 2 bed terraces nothing out of profile. If I call them to arrange insurance I dont get cashback so Ta Ta Direct Line.

	STAY AWAY FORM DIRECT LINE>>>>THEY DO NOT PAY. Why does TopCashBack still deal with this company and have all this backlash, and dreadful reviews. They are obviously not going to pay anyone !!! I purchased my landlords policy last august 6 MONTHS AGO and nothing. I hope that tcb removes them please for everyone's sake !!!!

	Tracked but there it stayed and a whole year later stil no cash back not even pending let alone payable. Was cheapest though but only contact is by phone on 0845. I'll se what quote comes in next time compared to some of the other lanlords insurance companies on TCB that are offering up to £105 cash back.

	It's now been 11 months since i took out this policy and still no cashback - i nudge TCB every month & there's no updates from them. But from reading the comments, i don't think anyone has gotten the cashback. I won't use Direct Line ever again! Polciy isn't worth it & their customer service isn't that great anyway.

	Took out policy in July and still no cash back. This is very disappointing. It tracked quickly enough and I supplied all the details they required, but they haven't fulfilled their end of the bargain. COMPLETE SHAM - DON'T BUY FROM DIRECT LINE IF YOU WANT ANY CASH BACK!

	I have always had excellent experiences with Direct line so to take this policy out in July and my cashback is still pending I am very disappointed.

	Same problem as all the others.Took it out last April and still no cash despite tracking. Tried nudging ets to no avail. I put 5 stars because I know it defaults to that. Lost faith in Direct Line now. PS you can only contact them via 0845 numbers no e-mail and no fax numbers.

	Despite all Topcash's valiant efforts to pursue my claim to the discount offered by direct line when I bought this policy in April this year , 7 months later my account is still pending. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Only hope that their policy cover is better than their promised payout,- if God forbid I ever need to make a claim. VERY disappointed in direct line

	Took almost 24 hours to track, but tracked. Good rate for a good product and works out cheaper than other offers. Need to get the cash in a reasonable time and top marks again.

	I thought it was a con after reading other people's disappointing reviews. But because I need a policy, I thought it doesn't hurt to give it a try. Amazingly, the cashback was tracked within 3 days! I think the TCB has done a brilliant job as it makes it clear how you will be entitled cashback before transferring you to the merchant's website. As long as you match all criteria stated on notice page, there should be no problem to get cashback, so read it carefully! I would definitely recommend the TCB and this merchant.

	Took out landlord insurance in Feb 2013 enticed by £90.90 cash back. Have been waiting and waiting none received. I tried to lodge a ticket but didn't know that you can only do so up to 240 days after. So wont receive my cash back now! Others have said they were 98% satisfied, I must be one of the 2%, be wary.

	I only took out this insurance because the £90 CB is enticing, i'm now 10 months down the line, have lodged a complaint (and nudged TCB 3 times) and still no futher forward! It's not looking like i'll get my cashback & reading other comments, it doesn't look as though anyone else has had any! Surely TCB should remove this from their website as it feels like a con. Last year i used esure & got CB straight away, so didn't even think there'd be an issue - but clearly you should be reading the reviews before going ahead!!! Not Happy!!

	I've lost count of the number of times I've submitted tickets for this con. Its now over 7 months and still showing as pending. TCB have done nothing. The fact is that this is a con to get you to buy the insurance - with no intention to pay the cashback and TCB being powerless or not interested in doing anything about it. Effectively plain simple deception.

	Update- Another month but no cash back. I'm fed up of waiting and chasing cashback these days. It's a pity because it used to work so well for most things in the old days.

	Here is the update. TCB helped to change the software so I could lodge a claim so thanks for that. Still awaiting the claim though. I have noticed generally that most claims either fail to track or take months to get to payment these days. I remember years ago it was so easy to get the cash back.

	Landlord insurance purchased on 19th April 2013 via Topcash back, transaction still marked as pending almost 4 months later. Have lodged a claim but based on the previous reviews I've read I'm not holding out much hope despite Topcash back's very best efforts. Direct Line cash back is currently Not recommended by me . If I am credited with the £45 money back advertised at the time of my insurance purchase I will inform review readers. Thanks Topcashback for all your help in this matter.
