I love Dorothy Perkins - fab retailer, always quick to delivery.
Cashback took a good couple of months to come through but is has now been received. Free delivery, student discount and cashback - what more could a woman want?

I returned some items to Dorothy Perkins 6 weeks ago and have been chasing the refund ever since. I've had no replies to my emails and when I called, they confirmed the receipt of my returned items and that I would be refunded. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. BEWARE this retailer.
