Absolutely awful! Dorothy Perkins wont give me my cashback because the "order was cancelled"....well I have proof that it was delivered and I have the item in my hand! Disgraceful that they have such a bad system that doesnt recognise when an order is complete?!? I'm not bothering pursuing it any further because it has been way too long already, but very gutted that this is the outcome!

Cashback still not payable after 9 months, should have been payable in December 2010 and is still not paid, TopCashBack simply inform you that it is "tracking in line with other order"- not good enough compared to usual standards of TopCashBack.

Made a purchase November 2010. Almost 7 months have passed and still no cashback payment.
Since registering with Topcashback Dorothy Perkins are the worst for payment. Therefore as a matter of principle I shall not shop there again.

Always shop at DP's so cashback is a bonus. It is fairly low tho 5% - and the merchant is a slow payer.
Quality of clothes = excellent.
