	No cashback received after placing a large order - a missing claim was lodged but came back declined as the merchant was unable to find the order???? Very disappointing.

	Ordered on line for in-store collection, worked very well, staff very friendly and attentive. Cash back registered and paid quickly. A very good experience.

	I reserved online & collected & paid instore. It tracked but was declined. Very disappointing. They kept me waiting ages while they went to find the order.

	this is ridiculous. I have been waiting for acknowledgement of the cashback by Dunelm for almost 2 months now. it wasn't tracked for some reason (although the click through was) and now as the case has been raised with Customer Services of Top Cashback, we have been "waiting for the merchant" for the past 2 months... seriously? And this merchant has still got the status of a "faster payer"... I don't think so. Very disappointed.

	The cashback on delivery orders is a joke. Spent over £150 at the end of Dec but the transaction is not tracked. Submitted a claim, and is still waiting for merchant's response. So if you are thinking of a home delivery purchase, don't bother with its cashback as it just wasted your time. However, placed an order of reserve and collection, and it tracked fine and paid out very quickly.

	Must comment as their service and cashback has been the best I have encountered since joining TCB in 2009. Ordered item on 15th December 2013 through reserve and collect at their Truro store and cashback I see has become payable and it is only now 2nd January 2014. Excellent and certainly a very positive outcome

	not happy, I placed an order of 2 x blankets and a china teabag dish with dunelm via topcashback, first the parcel arrived in a bag and on opening realised the china dish was not wrapped and had smashed to pieces. I have not got round to taking it to the shop to exchange yet so nothing returned and the whole transaction went through smoothly or so I thought, my cashback has been decline for no reason. I attempted to make a claim for missing cashback and they have still declined and I am none the wiser. If the blankets weren't so nice I would send the lot back and get it all elsewhere.

	Jokers who claim that the transaction was rewarded through a separate cash back site so they will not pay out. Don't bother with them. Complete waste of time.

	I ordered two items for click and collect. And I still got cashback which showed up within 24 hours. And it went from pending to payable in 10 days. Happy days!

	The products I wanted (value polycotton sheets) were not in stock for home delivery (king or single size), or in any store up to 30+ miles away (which would not earn cashback anyway) Disappointed!

	Dunelm Mill refused to honour any of my purchases via topcashback. Adding to this I reserved several items at my local store on various days and none of the items were ready for collection. After receiving e-mails stating that my items were ready for collection I went to the store only to be kept waiting at the customer services/collection desk for 30 minutes on one visit and 10 to 15 minutes on my last two visits.

	Well I have to say I'm impressed that cashback arrived in my account very quickly, even though I only used their reserve online service. The reserved item was available with my name etc attached so all in all great.

	Used twice and cashback not paid! Rather annoyed as I spent £50 the first time. The second was for £16. Maybe it's my iPad but I have used it to buy from other retailers with no problems getting cashback. Beware.
