	Tracked quickly but my order took about ten days to be delivered, products were slightly spoiled in transit. I had to order some goods for store collection and collected them the same day as my cashbackack order was placed. Considering the delivery time I wouldnt bother using cashback again unless I couldnt order the goods into store. Id use order to collect in-store in the future, its much quicker. Im convinced there was also cashback offered on in-store collections at the time but that never tracked at all.

	Purchased, tracked and has gone to payable as zero. Cashback refused. Genuine transaction, no discount codes used. Won't be bothering with them again.

	Clicked through to the Merchant and made my purchase wholly online there and then. It did not track. Raised a ticket but merchant fobbed TopCashBack and me off saying that another referrer had been credited with the sale. I.e they gave the cashback referral to some other company but will not tell TopCashBack or me who they paid. If you are shopping with this merchant solely for the cashback then don't. Shop Around.

	Top marks for quality of product. Top marks for website. No marks whatsoever for store layout, staff, buying experience. If you buy something from here, buy it online. Going to a store and dealing with the retarded NEETS that "work" there will just get your blood pressure up.

	This is another complaint about reserve and collect. Ordered online, confirmed everything was in stock. Given my collection date but when I arrived it had not been done. Girl on customer services desk said go and pick your own. Could not find any of the items I had ordered. No member of staff offered to help me until I started to complain. Then I was told only on of my items was in stock. When I got home I went online to check stock and again was told it was in stock. What an absolute waste of time. If you want to use this company I suggest you go to the store to make your purchases but do not do it online they are abysmal.

	Have had 2 orders from Dunelm now and both are great quality and whether you opt for collection or delivery are both very good,(we were given a delivery time of between 7am-8am and arrived at 7.03am). Packaging and care taken with furniture delivery couldn't have been any better.Cashback tracked quickly too, overall a good experience all round. Will use again and again.

	I have been buying from this company for a long time and can only say by experience how good and reliable they are. It's a shame that they don't take part in the Cashback.

	Dunelm Mill is an unorganised company. My advise is do not bother to shop with them online and their system is never updated and the stock is not always available even if it says so online. Visit their stores if its in your hand then its available. Do not bother either with their click & reserve, same problem you will go on allocated day and the stock will not be there. Its a pity because their products are beautiful and excellent quailty.
