	No cashback I used Dunelm for 2 big purchases recently, but haven't received cashback despite going through the website as normal. I am very confused and frustrated.

	Absolutely awful experience Dunelm consistently fail to measure up. They always fail to honour any cashback, for some quite largw orders too. When raised as a claim I recieve a message stating the retailer refuses the claim. Forget trying to get cashback from Dunelm. Their delivery of goods is useless too along with their customer service trying to get their mistakes rectified!

	No issues Went in store and did some research, came home and ordered on line via topcashback, went back to store and collected my order, easy and received cash back. Thank you

	very disappointed with the reject of cashback Honestly, I do not agree the reason of declined my cash back request. I think it may lost the record of my purchase after 60 days "on ice" period. I am very disappointed

	Very poor Purchased, tracked, but they claimed they never received the track. Proof of purchase made no difference, they do not honour their commitments.

	No Cashback!!!!!!! Had two purchases declined, First purchase thought I'd made a mistake so made sure I did everything by the book for second purchase again same result????? This is the only company that I've had Cashback declined after waiting for months for a submitted claim, won't be using again.

	Poor - never paid a single cashback and decline when claimed They don't even deserve x1 star. They have declined every single transaction and claim I submit when I do nothing differently from other retailers who honour cashback. I keep being sent fob off excuses but I am trying to follow the criteria down to a 'T'. It works for other retailers but Dunelm have declined every single one to-date. So whilst some have left good reviews they are getting nothing good from me as they've failed to honour cashback on every single purchase through TopCashback where other retailers honour, sometimes without submitting claims. I must have made c.7 claims since Summer 2022 and they've declined every one despite following the correct procedure.

	Lost cashback through faulty rug Having had to return rug that was faulty cashback of over £6 was earned but having to reorder only 69p was received through cashback changing Dunhelm customer service offered no goodwill considering non of this was my fault please be aware.

	Denied cashback Cashback was denied as they "couldn't verify the last channel to your sale" what rubbish.

	Denied for spurious reason Dunelm denied my cashback because TCB 'wasn't identified as the last channel to the sale' (whatever that means) which is ridiculous as TCB have a record of all the click throughs. They say it can be because of 'pre-saved baskets, not clearing cookies & cache, browser history' - helpful to have mentioned that! Why should it be so complicated? I spent £200 on this purchase - how convenient of Dunelm to deny my cashback. Why quibble over a few pounds. Don't expect my custom again
