	Declined cashback - avoid have previously used TCB to book with easyjet and received cashback no issues. Booked again for November and cashback declined stating they can't find link of using TCB for booking.! Book elsewhere or with someone else for cashback!

	Always an issue with Easyjet every time I have booked a holiday with EJ and used TCB, I have had to manually lodge the claim and the latest claim I have lodged, has been declined. Why is is only EJ that I have multiple issues with tracking purchased? I am told you have to accept cookies but for the first time day, when clicking on EJ, did I get this piece of information so all previous clicks did not show this message and I used TCB in good faith only to be let down.

	Don't bother with Easyjet on Cashback. So, I placed an order trough easyjet holidays by clicking on the link from cash back. I also have the browser extension. So there was nothing wrong on my side or topcashback but Easyjet website has flows. It just doesn't register sessions for referrals. At least for all referrals. So, Easyjet team needs to nudge their developers to review website code to fix the issue.

	Refused cashback despite me going through the link on the topcashback site This seems to be a common thread on the comments posted - in my opinion Easyjet are just using the topcashback site to get referrals - I think tocashback should be addressing this and if they don't improve they should be booted off!

	Do Not Use - No cashback I used the Topcashback offer of £25 for booking that day, and to get the offered money back. Easyjet do not fulfill their end of the bargain on this site - avoid at all costs as you will not receive a single penny. That's twice now they have failed to pay out.

	They don't pay cashback! If you want to book with easyjet do it but they don't pay the cashback, have done everything as per usual and waited as advised to be told they don't recognise the topcashback link!

	Manage your expectations Returned from holiday early August and layed out first week in December. Can't really complain about the slow payout as it's free money

	Cashback declined Disappointing to not receive any cash back despite following the process. After disputing the following reason was given: Non-Commissionable” This typically means that either the item(s) purchased are not eligible for cashback, a voucher or promotional offer was used, items were returned or exchanged, the terms and conditions were not met or that TopCashback was not the last referred click. The eligibility was stated on the link used, I did not use any voucher or promo code, I did not return or exchange my holiday, the terms & conditions were adhered to. I clicked via the topcashback site. There is no reason not to award the £49 I was initially told I would be given.

	Not to honour cashback I booked a holiday package for July 2024 in May 2024. I am sure I used the topcashback website, but no cashback was given to me. I have chased for over 4 months and get the answer like “been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf”. Topcashback even reminded me not to block advs or delete cookies to avoid this issue happens again. I am very disappointed. I lost £30 and don't understand why I can get cash back from other companies, but just not fromEasyjet. I have never changed any setting for my computer. If you Easyjet doesn't honour the cash back, please don't promote the program.

	No cashback Spent over £3000 on a holiday in May. Just been now updated that it’s declined as not tracked?! No issues with any other company tracking. So lost out on £61. Useless.

	Does not honour cash back Be warned - hit and miss them honouring the cash back. I definitely used the link and I received this response: “been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf”. It is clear from other reviews that other customers have had the said issue. Poor service from this site too ??

	Amazing - Money back for holiday booking Booked my holiday and got £342 cashback - had to wait until about 14 weeks after the holiday but it paid out no problem. Brilliant

	No Cashback Still waiting on cash back from a holiday booked in May, and taken in July. It’s now October and more than 3 months since the holiday and it’s still pending. The EasyJet profile has now updated to say 22 weeks estimation before it becomes payable. A little late moving the goal post for those that have already booked.
