I would not recommend this company to anyone!
We had to pay an extra £40 to just change the date of the hire car, that's all, change the date, the price of the car was exactly the same, and I did it within hours of the original order.
Also, because they would not change it online, I had to phone and therefore they will not give me the cashback.
I think this is not the way to treat customers and I have expressed my opinion to all my aquaintances.

Brought an airfare to Australia, cashback tracked so not problems there. Usually use expedia but ebookers had a better offer which allowed me to pay using Amex (on interest free promotion) and still come out better than next cheapest.
