Ordered 3 hotel rooms in the same hotel for the same dates for 3 members of my family as part of the same booking. However received a separate booking reference for each room and cashback only applied to the room I was 'allocated'. I have lost out on nearly £50 of cashback. I am not at all happy as it should be per reservation nor was there any indication it would not be per reservation. Will cancel and not use ebookers again.

Good cashback% and the insurance was cheap to start with covers a lot more than some cheaper policies.

Did not track and had to submit a claim before it would be mentioned. No idea if I will still get paid.
Still waiting for claim to go through and would have got a better price if I had gone with my first choice for booking tickets. The cashback percentages are a bit deceptive, so take a good look at the percentage for the service as flights are only 1.5 %.
