Booked a flight to Australia... Great pricing! Tracked quickly. Became payable 2months later. Good quality retailer who don't charge extra for ATOL protection unlike some. Would definitely use again.

When booking using their web site for the whole process. Cashback appears within days. But if you required assistance then the cashback may be hit or miss. Their online assistance was fantastic. Definitely use them again.

Hotel booking made when 12% back offer was on did not track straight away. However submitted claim and once TCB had forwarded it to Ebookers, got confirmation within a few days and full amount now in pending column. Many thanks TCB!

**WATCH OUT** if you are booking multiple rooms as they only pay out on one 1 room booked. I booked and paid for two rooms for one night. They only pay out for the room allocated to me personally. If I had have known this (failed to see the other review below), I would have booked the rooms separately.
This 'feature' should be included in the description of the cash back detail so that people know as it is very misleading
