Booked a hotel room through Ebookers rather than direct with the hotel's website due to the cashback. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no knowledge of my booking on her system. As it was my girlfriends birthday and I had booked some time before I was not impressed. The receptioonist then tried phoning Ebookers to confirm booking but was ignored as she did not know my email address. I guess I will be lucky to see the cashback. Well done Ebookers I can guarantee I won't be using you again.

I have made two seperate hotel bookings. One failed to track and one has tracked but they they say my purchase is £195 instead of £371. I have now waited the seven days before I can follow it up.

Every little helps and to get cash back on a cheasp flight is an added bonus. Site is easy to negotiate and E bookers are very good with customer service. Very helpful in the recent problems with 'Atlantic Dust'; my refund was made within 21 days. Excellent.
