Seems to be very hit and miss - I made a transaction of over £2000 @6% and 3 weeks after submitting a manual claim it still hasn't tracked. Very frustrating when the level of cashback was the reason to go through a particular site.

Never had a problem with cashback from ebookers. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but the cashback is amongst the highest, so it does sometimes pay to use them. I've had a few transactions through them now, and they've always paid up on TCB - thanks guys ;0)

like other people have reported if you book 2 rooms at the same time in the same hotel they will only pay cashback on the 1 room in your name and not the other room you booked they should in form you of this before you book with them

Good rate of cashback on hotel bookings, so worth using if they are offering a good deal on the room rate. Cashback tracked quickly and paid on time. Recommended.
