Overall they are not a bad seller, the cashback payments are sporadic when it comes to how long it takes to pay them...For example i have a confirmed payment from Jan 4th (now 22nd March) however cashback from payments on the 26th Feb have already paid out. I must add they have always paid within the advised time limit however it raises expectations when some are paid early and some are not.

Excellent website with normally very competitive prices, plus an additional reward system and VIP upgrades. Cashback very reliable in the past few years, cannot remember the last time it didn't track, though a bit slow to pay. Very happy regular user.

Great service from Ebookers, i have been bookign all of my travel through them and the cashback is paid out usually within 4 weeks of me travelling. Had a small problem with their train confirmations and i had to apply for refunds which also came back through very quickly.

Cashback was showed as tracked when I clicked through the link on TCB's website. However it never showed up in my earnings. I filled in a missing cashback claim and have been waiting for my promised cashback for over 2 months and still nothing! Very disappointed!
