Ebookers does not pay cashback. It does not track, you have to submit a manual claim and then months later you get told that it has been declined. This company does not pay cashback

Spent over £10k on a hotel booking with them only to have my cashback declined five months later. Absolutely disgraceful as I have spent so much money with them over the years. I went through Topcashback, who assure me its not their fault. I am extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I used to book a lot of travel with this company but when I needed to make a change it was very difficult, I was passed round various people none of which could help me and eventually I cancelled my booking and chose another retailer.
