Getting cash back with Ebookers can be hit and miss as I have had untracked bookings in the past and claims denied. or this one, no problems, paid after competion of my trip.

Booked a hotel with no cancellation and have yet to receive notification that the cash back has tracked. All hotels booked that have free cancellation have strangely tracked. I hope this is a blip but I won't be using ebookers until it tracks which will cost them more than the cash back they would have paid!
