Very hit and miss, most are tracked fine but I have had a few occassions when cashback was not tracked and tehn when making a manual claim the cashback was declined

It’s so easy to earn cashback. I just use the site as normal and get ann email confirmation in seconds to say I’ve earned cashback.

Great website, fast and reliable cashbacks and I always get the best deals here, especially with member discounts as compared to booking.com. 5 Stars, highly recommended. I got a free airport lounge pass too after just a few bookings on the site.

You read so many negative reviews about travel websites including eBookers I was very reticent about using them for a long holiday to Oz. Filled the details carefully in online, checked and noticed a mistake, corrected and rechecked, found another mistake (not me but computer 'recognising' the line below) corrected and with trepidation clicked book. No problem, great price and cashback. Even no problem when Qantas said they had rescheduled one flight leaving insufficient stopover time. Ebookers Customer Services sorted it out with no hassle. Altogether a good experience but do check your application and recheck. I think negative reviews might be those who make mistakes or don't read the basic conditions rather than the travel agents.
