Ebookers are very good at what they do,never had a problem booking flights,cars and the like but has anyone noticed how slow they are becoming paying out the cash?

Rubbish -booked a two night stay in San Diego total cost £435.38 , top cashback put on ice and they have made excuses not to pay.

booked hire care through bookers. really misleading booking, charged extra on picking the car up and found it completely impossible company to contact and discuss a problem with. I ended up receiving a rude email from them stating they were unwilling to look into the problem. definitely avoid if possible.
