As another reviewer, ebookers declined the claim because topcashback was not identified as the last referrer to my booking. I wouldn't mind but I booked two trips at the same time; neither tracked and one has been declined. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN

ebookers declined my claim because "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Absolute rubbish! I feel cheated.

I have two outstanding claims with Ebookers which are unresolved . Ebookers seem to be separating a combined flight and accommodation holiday into two separate transactions resulting in a lot less cashbook. On my second booking they initially refused to recognise the booking until after I had traveled on the flight and stayed at the accommodation.Now that we travelled and stayed at accommodation they are still failing to acknowledge the transaction. Booked holiday accommodation back in Nov 2016 worth £700. Did the booking via TCB and submitted a claim as it wasn't being tracked. Five months have passed and the claim ticket is awaiting for merchant reply. Have no issues in the past but they seems to have gone downhill in processing the claim.

Complete waste of time. Booked a 14 day car hire in florida for 700quid and expected 62 pound cashback. I did everything correctly but it didnt track and when i opened a claim they said it was another referral. Never going to book with ebookers again.
